2 WEAK AGO A CLASH WAS HAPPENED BETWEEN ME AND MY TANENT WHERE HE USED SOME BAD LANGUAGE AND I THROW A STONE BESIDE HIM.THE STONE HIT HIS MOTHER AND A POLICE CASE WAS FILED UNDER IPC 324.I GOT BAIL IMMIDEATLY AND NEXT DAY MY TANENT CAME AND APOLOGIZED TO ME.NOW AT THE CASE IS BETWEEN ME AND STATE WHAT CAN I DO TO SOLVE THE CASE. I WORK IN PSU.CAN ANY PROBLEM BE HAPPENED TO MY JOB
Yes get the case withdrawn by your tenant from court or get FRT report from police or quash it at high court, these are the only ways the case can be shut forever, no point keeping a criminal case tagged lifelong.

In my opinion if the complainant agree to withdraw the case against you then file a withdraw application before the trial court.
