How to recover money from fake matrimonial advertisement company

I have been cheated by matrimonial. There was a matrimonial advertisement on website. I called on the number posted with the add eventually I found that add was posted by matrimonial life partner. The representative asked me for my bio data and replied with positive response from girls family and shared girls biodata with me . She asked me money if I wanted to proceed further . Likewise l had transferred rs 3500 to life partner matrimonial's bank account. Then she shared a mobile number of the mother of the girl on 12th June . On same day I called on that number and girls mother said both girl & i should meet first . After June 12 I'm trying calling girls mother but she isn't picking up my phone. I found the number given to me on the name of girls mother is used in different advertisements in same news paper. What should I do?
