Hello, nnWarrant has been issued against an Accused of 87 years old as he was unable to appear before the court due to his age and health. To recall the warrant, is it required for the accused to go to the court.

Dear Sir, You may produce medical certificates and photographs to convince the Court that the Accused is aged about 87 years and unable to move from the bed. Thus, the Court may show mercy and recall NBW. If not recalled by the Trial Court then approach High Court and it will set aside the order of issuing such NBW etc.
