You can file a complaint with the consumer forum if your are kot getting the refund or if Myntra has refused the same. For any unfair trade practice such as refusing refund even when product is returned, you can approach the District consumer Protection Forum and seek damages and compensation.

You can file a complaint before consumer court or you can go to e-jagriti and file your complaint. Depending upon the relief you are seeking. Please note e-jagriti portal will only work as a mediator between you and the service/product provider. Going to consumer court will get you relief you are seeking.
