How to quash if permission is pending in Anti-Corruption case

IN ANTI CURROPTION CASES IF PERMISSION IS PENDING TOWARDS AUTHORITY MORE THAN THREE MONTHS AS PER G.R. DATED 31.01.15 BY MAH. GOVT. CAN I APPLY FOR QUASHING THE CASE .

No in anti curruption cases government not given permission than you can not go to high court and quashing fir. Because without permission of government there is no case made out again you.so Court no interference this matter.this is government policy matter so no quietening fir.

you have to apply u/s 482 cr p c for quashing of the fir.if investigation authority did not obtain the prosecution sanction u/s 197 of cr pc then it is right of accused person to ask for quashing.now latest amendment have come, in which seeking of prosecution sanction is mandatory.

yes you can go for quashing FIR but I dont think gronds of non permission form government can be a ground and in such case you will have to see other grounds available for the same case in such case you have to see that evidences which can prove u innocent
