How to property given for bail in criminal case of fraud on my father

How to get back property kept as bail for my father in a fraud case ,after his death in last month running since long ,

Well, you have to bring it on record for the Court, that, your Father had died and as such, a particular property was kept as security for his release on Bail and as such, since he died, you need that property back, for which, you need to file an Application under the concerned sections of the CRPC, 1973.

You need file return of property application or you need to file application along with death certificate of your father and get order for releasing your property kept as a surety in case. Once court accepts your application then your property will be released
