Yes. You can file divorce on grounds of cruelty to yourself and unborn baby. Domestic violence is also included in your case. Forcing for job is wrong and court will listen to this seriously. Snatching salary is also illegal.

File a petition under Sec. 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, and describe the whole story of yours i.e. the way you are ill-treated, harassed and physically or mentally tortured by your husband and in-laws and also file a complaint against them under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Don't forget truth is most powerful weapon and justice can only prevail when it is accompanied by truth. So narrate the whole facts truly in your complaint/petition and see the waves of justice flowing towards you.

Dear Ma'am,
In pursuance to your query I would suggest that you can go ahead and file a Police complaint against your husband and his family. The law favours women in such cases. Further I would be better able to guide you after a personal interaction. you can contact me.

You have got various legal alternatives to choose from... You can proceed under 498A of IPC. You can also proceed under Domestic Violence Act. And If you want divorce, then you can proceed to seek divorce under the ground of mental and physical cruelty. Act according to your priorities.
