How to oppose protest petition filed by complainant on Closure Report

Police filed closure report on the FIR and submitted closure report in the court. But the complainanant/appellant filed protest petition in the court. What legal remedies are available for the Respondent to oppose protest petiition. Who can defend the closure report in the court, whether Respondent or government lawyer.

to oppose protest petition all the points have to been taken and answered to every point be given who can defend the closure report depends upon facts and circumstances in each case the complainant filed the protest petition in the court

according to your query if in your case all India closer report has been filed but complainant has fired protest petition before the competent court for the further investigation of the case then if Court order further investigation then you have remedy to file the quashing petition before the high court for quashing of the FIR

Respondent can oppose the protest position of the complainant at the time of protesting you have to present few of your evidences. generally Court allows the protest petition unless you have a very strong evidences in your favour. for that you can contact us the complete information.

you can oppose protest petition. if it were allowed by concerned magistrate, you could challenge it the High Court. High court have inherent power to quash the protest petition. according to Bnss 528 , you should apply for quashing in High Court.
