Hi team, I want to oppose accused anticipatory bail in 354 .. maine DCP ko application diya hai threat kar raha hai n usko arrest kar liya jaye ..kya application se uski bail cancel hogi …. Police ko paise diye hai to police soft report de sakati hai … mera 164 bhi baki hai … aur kya karu ki uski bail na ho

Well, you can oppose his Bail by putting accusations like you have a threat to your life, if he gets out on Bail, high chances are that, he will rape you or physically and mentally harm you. But making mere allegations won't work, you have to prove them too.

Hello, bail is always a rule and you can only oppose bail in session court as an intervenor and if court thinks fit that there is threat to you then it may think that bail shouldn’t be granted to him. Police can submit only formal report to oppose his bail
