How to get someone bailed in this lockdown?
11-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My relative had been put inside the jail on 14 days remand because he missed the date on which he had to present front of Judge and Now in this lockdown, His bail got canceled and It is being said that he can get bail, Only if lockdown gets removed. He has two small daughters and a wife they are helpless.
What can we do to get him bailed?
He comes under 10 years sentence if proves.
Please respond to me asap.

In the period of lockdown some advisory issued by High Courts to District courts to decide the pending bail applications. If that is not possible then state govt. may also release on parole. If the offence is punishable with ten years then you can file bail application through e- filing and your counsel may argue the case throug video conference.
