Q: How to get session court to reduce the bail bond amount.
My brother is in Kanpur jail under crime no 29/2015 u/s 323/504/506/376 ipc & 8/6 pocso act. Allahabad highcourt granted bail. . The session court open one lacs order for each surities. We are unable to fulfil the condition of bail almost 3 months gone after bail and my brother is still in jail as judge is not ready to reduce the bail bond amount plz suggest what to do is there any ruling of apex court for reducing the bail bond amount plz inform

If a person after getting bail and the sureties amount fix by lower court and the person is unable to arrange the sureties amount , that order can be challenged before High court under section 482 CR. P.C and high can reduce the surety amount

Legally principal had no right to deny hall ticket to any one until and unless there is any rules/procedure prescribed by the CBSE, as far as I know the board had no such rules, the affiliated college had to follow the rules as prescribed by CBSE
