How to get Public CCTV footage

One of my relative filed false case against me and my parents under crpc 323, 506, 34. I was present in Bengaluru on that time but my native is andhra pradesh I told cops that I was present in Bengaluru and asked them to get CCTV footage but there is no response from cops even after 1.5 months. Please let me know how can I get CCTV footage from Bengaluru police

Firstly you cannot access for the public CCTV footages directly and without reason if you required CCTV footages we have to approach the managing authorities like police BBMP et If they found any reasons then they will give permissions to access through their technician and noting the reason. In your case Take assistance of any lawyer and file application before the court if you are reasons found genuine then the court will summon the footages from the concerned police as further investigation.

when and where isident happened that soacicice place cctv already it is there kike that police take a complaint or They mentioned FIR so you can ask to get the cctv footage when your case trial will start now you can proov. if police filed cctv footage in chargesheet only when police filed a chargesheet to court.
