Madam you can engage an advocate, give him every minute details and thereafter through assistance of advocate you can file case for domestic violence, divorce and maintenance, so just get all documents such as wedding card, photos, his income proof where he is working etc and then file a case.

Yes u can file dowry harassment and cruelty under section 498 a, 3 4 dowry prohibition act case against ur husband at jurisdiction police station and u can also file domestic violence against women in court and u can get he arrested by sending him to judicial custody. There is no necessity to issue legal notice
So take shelter of law and police.

You need to approach a lawyer who will help you send a notice to your husband and also help you file a 498 A case, a case under Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence Act, a case for divorce in family court

Madam, You need a lawyer to take forward your complaint in process. IPC Sec 498a are getting misused by people. You need submit valuable' proof along with your police complaint. Once FIR is filed then you may inform his working office. we need discussion on this.

Hello as you say if your husband is a psychopath, get examine him from a psychiatrist, obtain a certificate, which is required to be placed before the court to have divorce. if he is he is torturing you, collect the details such as when how and before whom he was torturing you and the methods he used to torture you and give the same to the advocate who is practicing on Matrimonial law. He files the petition seeking divorce.
Please know from the advocate in person the procedure to file the petition for divorce. Don't resort to file false case about dowry or other criminal case, because you lived with him as a wife. Be wise in taking action and get out of him tactfully if you cant lead the matrimonial life. Good Luck.
