It Hardy matters. In a criminal case your wife can make accused all the persons of your family. You better file a informatory petition before chief judicial magistrate of your district that your wife is pressuring you because of such & such reasons otherwise she will file 498A case against you & ors.

It will not solve your problem, if your wife may file any case against you even then she will involve your family member. In 498a case husband has main role, whether you want reside with her or not. For better advice you may contact me and explain entire then only I can suggest you properly
