How to defend against False Medico medico cases

17-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A long relative bribed cops and filed a false complaint under CrPC 323, 506, 34 and he submitted a medical radiology X-ray backbone report as evidence but the incident did not occur. How can I defend this in court?

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and if it is based on all false allegations then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in it

Sir you cannot defend a criminal case in a court of law on your own. For example i am lawyer not a doctor but i can search on internet about a illness and can take medication or can ask to a medical shop owner to give me certain tablets , but here i ask you a question that this type of self medication is correct way of treatment. obviously not , the correct way of a treatment is to consult a Doctor for proper treatment. Therefore i suggest you to contact a Advocate in your Area or you can contact me if u r from HYDERABAD. Futher, anyhow, for ur help i suggest you certain things before defending your case. ● Collect all relevant evidence that supports your innocence, witnesses, surveillance footage, or any documentation that contradicts the false claims. ●Create a clear timeline of events that shows it was impossible for the alleged incident to have occurred as described in the complaint. ● Advocate or party in person can cross-examine the prosecution's witnesses, including the relative who filed the complaint, to highlight inconsistencies or contradictions. Legal proceedings can be complex, and it's important to hire an advocate for defending a criminal case.
