only 15 days is the time entertain a application under section 156(3) crpc. after disposal of application court can order 2 type. 1 is directed to police for lodge FIR. or 2nd is registered a complaint case in the court. after registered a complaint case court issue a summon to accused person for present. after that accused can aply for bail.
