Sabse pehle to apna advocate change kro jo ki abi tk Court ko samjha nhi paya ki delay kyo ho rha hai.

Or agr uska wakil evidence nhi de rha to apka advocate court ko represent kr sakta hai ki bahot time ho gya or aaj tk evidence nhi hui. Court by order evidence close kr sakti hai

Your case will take time due to disputed facts and evidence but there is possibility of Court passing order against you. Be careful, take your advocate into confidence and proceed with litigation carefully to avoid financial loss.

Sir there is no time limit as such. But ur lawyer can press this fact of prosecution geeting adjournments and not examining main witnesses before magistrate. It also depends upon Magistrate too. However you can approach high court for quashing of FIR.

Dear Sir,
You are talking of Dowry case, but in details you are referring to complainants evidence which means you are referring to criminal case, kindly be clear first regarding your query, any how if repeated dates are given by the court despite your request, you can approach High Court to seek directions for deciding the matter in a time bound matter.
