How long it takes to get a stay in 498A case

How much time to get Stay order from Allahbad High court for 498a and 406 case?? it's around 18 days and I still didn't get stay order. my lawyer says that it will take minimum 15 days I think my lawyer misguided me.. please help..?
allahabad high court now is ऑनलाइन u can see the status of your case online u can also see order online .u should search it at www.allahabadhighcourt.co.in .u can search there by name.by crime no.by writ no.etc.

Brother first of all, place reliance on and have faith in your counsel. second it may take even 1 month for first hearing of your petition preferred seeking relief in the nature of stay. If there is backlog in the court, it may take time.

These offences of 498A and 406 is below 7 years of punishment where u can easily apply for bail application in the lower court and that can be heard same day as per the guidlines of the supreme and high court orders.
And as far as your case where the stay is pending, in my opinion that will not be granted after the expiry of 15 days of your case and for further details i will have to go through your case details . So for any further query u are free to approach me as and when needed.

I hope u mean to say stay on arrest in case of 498a. Is hearing done for the application? Stay order is an urgent hearing application and whatever order whether in favor or against is granted the very same day after arguments.
