How FIR can be qaushed where both parties are ready for settlement

Two Neighbors had a fight and both are imposed with Sec 308 in 2 FIRs registered 2 days back.
Now both parties are ready for settlement, what is the procedure for settlement now?
Quashing petition under section 482 of crpc or writ petition criminal needs to be filed in this case as soon as possible in Delhi High Court. Make one settlement agreement with each other without consideration and this would really be helpful for you in the case. take my help.

You have to file a petition under section 482 crpc before the concerned High Court seeking quashing of the FIR. Before that some documentation needs to be done like a comprise deed which forms basis for quashing. You may take our help

hello client as i can see ur issue which youbhavw mentioned here ia seems to be very serious in nature. as you are saying tht both parties have been charged under 308 ipc its comes under serious offence as per IPC . in your mattee quaahing can be done but need to be filles in high court aa lowee court do not havw powee to do so .
