If you are served with a notice by High court then arrange counsel there and defend your case as it has suitable merits and it is triable by the court where it's hearing is currently going on in Pune.

You must have filed a Private Complaint against the Accused before the Magistrate. Which follows a issuing of process. Which can be challenged by the accused by way of a revision before the Sessions Court and then subsequently before the High Court under a Writ or Application u/s 482 of the Cr.P.C.

If the accused have approached the High Court in respect of the complaint made by you, a notice will be sent to you by the High Court to appear in the matter. You can contact me for further consultation.
