How can i quash a FIR filed against me.

My wife has lodged a case against me 498A and 323. Now the chargesheet has been filed as 498A and 323. My marriage happened 10 years back. I'm hindu by relegion. During my bail police sent a report to the court that no dowry has been demanded. I want to quash FIR is it possible.

Yes you can quash FIR but. It will be from highcourt of your jurisdiction.you could apeal in highcourt for quashing and also for anticeptribail .you should do this as soon as possible.otherwiseyou will be in trouble

File criminal miscellaneous application under section 482 cr.p.c before honble high court and challenge the charge sheet filed by the police personnels as well as the entire proceeding against you. Honble high court will quash it.

Dear Client in such a situation you should file 482 Cr.P.C. application before Hon'ble High Court for quashing the Charge Sheet and at this stage FIR quashing is not possible because charge sheet came and if feel ree then contact us then i will elaborate properly.

Dear Concerned,

Yes as a final report has already come in and there is no offence that has been found against you or any other named in the FIR you can go for Quashing of the FIR to the High Court and pray for the relief. Alternatively you can file an application under section 340 CrPc to initiate criminal proceedings against your wife for filing a false case against you.

FIR can be quashed only through high court, before that u have to obtain bail from court, u can also get stay on the further proceeding after getting out on bail. Generally FIR does not gets quashed in these type of cases , but u can get bail order , stay proceedings on your case. Contact further.
