Well, an anonymous Police Complaint can be filed under the concerned sections of law and such a complaint can be converted into a FIR under the concerned provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

I understand the gravity of this case and the challenges of taking legal action while protecting your identity. Honor killings are serious criminal offenses under Indian law, and immediate legal steps should be taken to ensure justice for Farheen Khan. Since no FIR has been lodged, you can file an anonymous complaint with the Superintendent of Police (SP) or the National/State Human Rights Commission. If local police refuse to act, you may escalate the matter to the High Court through a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) or request intervention from the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and the National Commission for Women. Additionally, you can approach the media or NGOs that work on human rights and caste-based violence to ensure independent investigation and legal action against the perpetrators. The Supreme Court has strict guidelines on preventing honor killings, and legal mechanisms exist to prosecute those responsible. Your safety is important, and legal steps can be taken without exposing your identity. Justice must be served, and I strongly recommend immediate legal intervention through available constitutional and criminal law remedies.
