A group of college going students simultaneously assault people with ballons specifically hitting them on face, neck and private parts. what kind of action can be taken against them?
File the police complaint against them. secondly firstly send straight legal notice to the college chairpersons or principal through advocate. if they are not listening file the police complaint they will take action through court
