Hiii I am Karan My friend girlfriend filed 376 case against my friend he was arrested 6 months ago and that girl also mentioned my name in f.i.r as his friend 3 months ago i.o called me and she asked some questions from me and she demands for some evidance like chats or pics I submitted everything she asked i and taught her they both are couple and this case nothing to do with me then I wrote my statement and she discharged me from police custody 2 months ago I got summon to witness from court and I went to court judge asked me for lawyer for bail my friend bailed me from court on bike RC as security I went to i.o and I asked why cout summon me for no reason she said don't worry your on chargesheet column no 12 you have to give stament in court in front on judge on next hearing I need help I am totally innocent

See the alleged offense is very heinous in nature. Your name figures in column 12 of the chargesheet clearly depicts that you are a suspect an accused against whom no tangible evidence has been found yet. You may seek a detailed legal consultation immediately

You need not worry. It’s just a normal process of law. The IO had put your name in the witnesses section and you are now duty bound to give your statement before the magistrate for further investigation. It will all be mentioned in the chargesheet. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
