hi yes need to see what is the stage of criminal case pending in high court you need to close these case and need to make an application to concerned officila for release of gratuity and pension and if they are not giving then you could file writ petition

the same has to be brought on record and get case closed, make a representation to the officials and see their response. If it's against you, can file a writ petition to accrue the benefits. The representation might work in your favor. Also, the nature of corruption matters.
