Dear Learned people, I have been charged with sections in the subject. I have all the evidence to prove that I am innocent but my lawyers never advised me for discharge or quashing. Now the Bayan of Opp has been taken and cross examination is to begin. Any way I can get rid of this problem? Her FIR i vague and weak. without any medical proof and dates

if you truly have documentary proof (like messages, recordings, call records, bank transactions, etc.) clearly showing falsity, you can still approach the High Court under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of proceedings

Based on your assertion it's hard to conclude if those actions, not having been advised by your lawyers, at that time would have yielded any results. But you still have multiple options to seek relief.

The appropriate remedy at this stage depends on the progress of trial. Since the complainant’s evidence and cross-examination are ongoing, you cannot now file for discharge or quashing. However, you may highlight contradictions, absence of medical or documentary evidence, and inconsistencies in the FIR during cross-examination to weaken the prosecution case. If the evidence fails to establish the offence, you can seek acquittal under Section 232 CrPC. Alternatively, you may move the High Court under Section 482 CrPC only if there is clear abuse of process of law. Consult a criminal lawyer for a detailed strategy based on your case papers.

In your case your lawyer has to cross examine the first party in the light of evidence you have , if he succeeds in getting some admissions that may help nullify the accusation you may win or in other case you can submit your evidence when it's your chance but be ready for the cross examination as the opposite lawyer will test the veracity of claims made by you
