Q: Help with 498A, 504, 406, 323 Need guidance to prove myself innocent

Dear Learned people, I have been charged with sections in the subject. I have all the evidence to prove that I am innocent but my lawyers never advised me for discharge or quashing. Now the Bayan of Opp has been taken and cross examination is to begin. Any way I can get rid of this problem? Her FIR i vague and weak. without any medical proof and dates

aap ki problem kafi serious hai . meri raye me aapko apne pita ji baat karni chahiye aur samjhana chahiye ghar chod ke alag rehna ek option ho sakta h aapke pass par piche se aapke pita ji se aapki sauteli maa aur bhai bhen property apne naam kara sakte h . ye bhi ek ghambhir vishe h . To ese me aap jab bhi vo log aapke sath koi esa vehvar karte h to uski vdo record karke 100 no dail karke complaint kar sakte h aur ya sirf vdo banne ke dar se ho sakta h ke aapki maa esa na kare. patni ko gali dena aur marne ki dhamki dena bhi ek apradh h.. iske liye bhi aap ek police complaint kar sakte h . aur jankari ke liye contact kar sakte h aap .

Q: Case not listed in High court after several listing application

I have filed an application u/s 482 crpc on 12.04.2024 in High court lucknow bench for challenging the dismissal of discharge application by CJM and Its revision by session court . the petition off 482 pending more than a year , only one hearing where court issued notices to state and opp. party and opp. party filed vakalatnama . niether state nor opp. 2 filed counter affidavit till date..... 5 listing application disposal but not taken up for hearing everytime advocate says no. Pr nahi aayi ..?

filing listing application is one thing and take up of the matrer before the bench is other thing . after filing of listing application its arguments is separately being entertained by the court. after allowing the same the court fixs the nearest possible date. and on that fixed so the councel have to mention the matter before the bench.for more details you can contact me . thank you
