Help regarding traffic law violation******

I have been charged drunk and drive challan in sept 2023(116mg) and in January 2024(77.6mg). I haven’t paid any challan yet and Sept month challan has moved to regular court. Can i pay these challan in national lok adalalt which is to be held on sept 14 2024, will it help me in paying less amount ? And will these challan be shown in my police verification certificate?

Send your challan details we will try to pay it in regular court in lesser amount if it is urgent . 5000 rupee challan for drunk and drive cases we will try best to pay lesser in regular court its hard to pay in lok aadalat

If your September challan is not showing online then it will be dealt by the regular court only and for the latest one it can be settled in lok Adalat and do you have any documents impounded by the police for which you will have to wait for the requisite time period
