Help regarding Sec 307,498A,323,504,506,75

I'm pravin & my wife has filed a complaint on me in police station & the police has filed FIR with sec 307,498A,324,504,506,75 on me.Im right now out on bail & the case is in district court in awaiting summons stage. Now my question is police has wrongly charged me with 307 as I hv not caused any serious injury to victim nor I hv used any weapon neither my intention was to murder or attempt to murder.It was just a family quarrel with wife & I slapped her & she was bleeding from nose.kindly guide

Dear client, based on your question The charges of 307 can be eliminated if challenged in Sessions / High court which can be known only if you provide us with the charge sheet and even this case can be quashed and hence request you to send us the charge sheet of the case. If the charges have not been framed by court, you can file a discharge application in Magistrate Court for discharging you from the charges of S. 307 IPC. If the charges are framed, then you may approach High Court for quashing the chargesheet. You can contact me for further guidance in your matter.

You can file a discharge application in the trial court if you think that you have good grounds to show to the Court that the FIR is false and baseless. The Court will discharge you if it is satisfied.
