Hello Sir/MadamI was wrongly booked into a case as the other party has influenced the police by political pressure as he has cheated me with a huge amount. The case is pending towards me U/s 365, 447, 323, 506, 342, 143 r/w 149 IPC. I have been attending the court from the last 2 years every hearing without fail, the arguments have not yet started in my case but it's under trial. My financial condition is not good and i am looking for employment opportunities abroad, for that i want to travel abroad and need my passport for renewal. In my case what is the best options i have to renew the passport and travel abroad for employment. Need your sincere advice and valuable suggestions..Thank you

better to go for arbitration. before that for passport renewal you need not to worry already you have a passport with you which is going to renewal so you can renewal by that and on more thing you did not you have not mentioned clearly

hi you could apply for quash petition in high court on the grounds that the allegations made in the chargesheet are false and baseless and that you could apply for passport pending case and that you could apply passport for pending criminal case
