Me and my husband got married after a big fight with our parents. We convinced our parents and make it as arranged marriage. After 7 months I got pregnancy and came to my mothers house. I was blessed with a baby girl. When I am at my mothers house my husband talk with his colleague very closely. My husband office friend told me that he is in relationship with his colleague. I return to my husband's house with my baby. He started drinking regularly, eating gutka packets and fights with me. He came to home at late nights. I ask about his relationship, he open up and said about her. Now he is asking divorce from me and wants to marry his colleague. She is also intrested to marry my husband, she is handicapped. Now my baby is 1 year old. I am not in a position to do job with my baby. My husband is careless and also not taking responsibility of me and even my baby. Now what I do to change my husband and get him back. And also what action can I take on his colleague. Please suggest me.

According to Hindu marriage Act a person having a relationship with one cannot have or continue a relationship with another is illegal. so after seeing to your message it is advised you to file a DVC and Maintenance Suit in the court by that you will get remedy from it.

on compassionate grounds there is a provision to get a job. go to your fathers Office and meet the superior officer and show the details of your father's employment and legal heirs details where he has worked. ask the procedure to get the job on compassionate grounds. later you follow the procedure

first write the query clearly i am unable to understand properly. it's ok according to your problem you need to go to the court where you lodged a suit then you go to the enquiry counter or help line centre and ask regarding your case status by showing the case details.

We threw away our cigarettes, but the policeman approached us, insisting that he saw us smoking even after they arrived. He took a photo of me without a cigarette in my hand and asked for my details. I showed him a copy of my Aadhar card on my phone, which he took a photo of and sent to someone on WhatsApp. The next day, I received a message on WhatsApp saying that an e-petty case had been booked against me and that I had to attend court. The message included the court's address, the contact details of a court officer, and a warning that if I didn't attend court, a charge sheet would be filed against me. When I called the number provided for more information, the person told me that I would get the challan after I visited the court and refused to provide any detail. However, the message seemed suspicious and poorly written

so take the summon which you have received and present in the court simply they will charge a fine according to the act. and before that you need to answer to the query and you need to brief regarding your problem

Q: Harassment by Mother possessive and advocating of death related though

I am male 59 years old and my mother aged around 80 years is extremely possessive and her treatment towards me amounts to low scale abuse, but unbearable. I am married but separated from wife and children. My mother always advocates me to hand over all my money and property to her younger daughter and advises me to live under their directions. Of late, my mother has been insisting that I could not live without her support and she has already became old and nearing death. For the last 20+ years she has been talking about death which amounts to abetment of suicide in my thoughts. Unable to bear this mental torture, I left the house and living on my own without revealing my whereabouts. Last week, my mother has lodged a police in AP Spandana on one my relatives that my relative has kidnapped me. It appears that an arrest warrant has been issued on my relative. first you Go to the police station with an advocate or legal professional. after your appearance there you brief your problem clearly then explain everything in detail to the police officer by that you get some remedy.
