Hello sir ,I'm Seeking Quash of my case, It's a love matter..She loved


11-Mar-2024 (In Criminal Law)
My arrest was done on 14.7.2021... Under section 354,354D ,506 3 r w I ii 3 2 va sc st act.. Till now no charge sheet done.. Is there any chance to quash my case if I go to high court ??

Yes we can file a quash case in high court and your case can be disposed of and approach us we will help you in disposing of your case ...let us what r are evidences do u have that we are innocent and all these sections are false allegations on you we need to prove this

hi first need to see the contents of the chargesheet and the allegations mentioned in the FIR and if the allegations are false and baseless then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations
