Hello my husband's younger brother and his wife made a false complaint against us u/s 107cr pc.how could we challange it and quashing the false case against us?

dear client as per your query since case is filed against you and your husband do you have the fir copy you can apply for quashing of the case in High court you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

meet a lawyer of your choice who practices in high court and understands the criminal matter. I have personally done one case under section 110 crpc in high court in which I successfully obtained stay of the proceeding. as far as challenging is concerned you can do the same before the concerned executive magistrate be filing an appropriate objection to such 107 crpc proceeding. thanks & regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
