okay I understand your questions so your ex girl filed any case against you that time you can priceed court ur she is blackmail money you have to give complaint against her and you can file a case against her through court also

If he is blackmailing if you are disliking him then straight away inform your parents and lodge a complaint with IPS rank Police officers.
