Hello fir was filled on 22 March 2019. Girl age is 15 sept 2003 on marksheet and on aadhar she was 4 March 2000. Legally marksheet is main so we changed aadhar date to marksheet date. On December 2021 she was converted in Arya smaj delhi,married .Then newspaper publication for her religion change, delhi gazette, and marriage registration happened in karkardum sdm office. Now my point is that is there any way that when we will file a joint affidavit under 174 in allahabad hc then court will redirect to local city judicial magistrate for her statement,may be under police protection . Cant it be done directly in allahabad hc , is any way she doest need to go to local city judicial magistrate ? I know it sound accward but believe me it's very sensitive issue due to political involvement still in this case and police to higher level working against us.she was tortured,tried to killed by her family.Morally She was borned 4 March 2000, how can she does not know her birthday.

issme ap sidhe high court mai petition file kare usse pahle ap ye bataye fir kin kin section mai registered hua hai local authority aur police high court ke order ke against nahi ja sakte hai mai apko yakeen kehta hu ap high court jaye jaldi se jaldi apko high court se mai jarur relief milega high coury direction dega police ko security dene ke liye inn cases mai high court relief deta hai hum apko jrur relief dila denge
