Why is it getting tough to file any sort of complaint before a police station. If you have the address of the police station and the material written on paper with entire facts of your problem kindly put it in an enevelope go to the post office and send it via speed post acknowledgement due mentioning the officer charge to draw up an FIR if they refuse to accept and draw up the FIR you can show the court the same and take action against police as well in the court of law apart from the accused, please for once application of mind is necessary anyone will take undue advantage of your situation to harass you even more.

You will have to file a elaborate complaint with Police station and other higher authorities including Honourable Home Ministry. I am confident that you will get relief. In case you are interested I can offer my paid services. This you can do without going to Police Station.

First file an anticipatory bail before the appropriate court. Please lodge FIR against the opposite party (counter case). After that apply for final report true or file a case before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing.
Thank you.
