Sir, I have to advice you not to file anticipatory bail for Section 354A. It's much more costly than regular bail and also time taking. I suggest you to file simple bail application after obtaining notice under section 41 crpc which generally issued by the Investigating officer. But let me know your jurisdiction or name of the concerned police station. For more information, a consultation is required. thanks

Not Required to Anticipatory Bail as you stated in your query that you previously filed a Complaint in Police Station against the Woman Just surrender before the magistrate court for regular bail along with all complaint documents you may got the bail from that court. Anticipatory Bail expenses depend on Court to Court as well as Lawyer move.

If the allegations are wrong and the FIR is lodged falsely you can also go for quashing before the Hon'ble High Court; if it can be established that no primafacie case was established in the FIR it should be quashed and the criminal case shall end forthwith. Many of my clients got relief this way. All the best and regards.
