there's a land dispute in my family one of my uncles laid crpc 144 only on me and my mom as we sold my late father's share from undivided property without his sign...does this affect my govt job as it's coming near ..6 months about to complete of this 144..does it continue beyond 6months? should i mention in verification form yes a case is pending?

proceeding u/s144 cr.p.c is civil in nature. so the question of criminal case pending in your name does not arise. any verification for job only enquiry about pendency of criminal case. this proceeding would not effect to joining any govt job however duration of this proceeding depend on various circumstances.

Section 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act says that electronic records or digital records needs to be certified by a person occupying a responsible official position for being admissible as evidence in any court proceedings.

Registration of gift deed in west bengal charges: you have to pay 0.5% stamp duty and 1.2% registration fees of your total valuation of the property. advocate fees for drafting deed and registration completion is 7% to 9% depending on total valuation.

complaint only filed to the local police jurisdiction where the incident took place. if it is not possible then a person can register complaint in any nearest police station without mentioning any FIR No. said police station forward the matter to the actual police station jurisdiction.

I am a woman in my early 30s. I was married since 2015 and now have a kid of two years old. I am from West Bengal and ever since my marriage my husband and MIL and his other family members started torturing me mentally. My husband is a bit mental.
