Harassment by residential neighbour

What if my neighbour is always disturbing by putting waste in our yard, sound and light till late night, cutting branches of our tree behind us even his trees are fully outwards
File a case against him for nuisance before the court with proper evidence. Take a video and photograph and take some witness also who reside at your area. Before that lodge one police complaint at jurisdictional police station.
