Description of IPC Section 290
According to section 290 of Indian penal code, Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
IPC 290 in Simple Words
Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code states that anyone who commits a public nuisance, not covered by other provisions of the Code, shall be punished with a fine of up to two hundred rupees.
