Harassment by neighbour complained no action taken what should I do

My bathroom is leaking from last more than 2 years and now the neighbor has made holes in the balcony and water is coming in the balcony and damaging my pop and roof. I am a senior citizen and made complaints about leakage and given notice, but has gone into vain. What should I do?

you should file your complaint with the local police station and the specific branch of police which deals with the complaints of only senior citizen, yes there is a complete department of police which deals with the problems of senior citizens and also you should file a case for recovery of your damages which has been done by your neighbor's act.
