My boyfriend's friend has stolen our pictures from my boyfriend's phone and now he is blackmailing us. He told my family about it and now after that also he is still blackmailing about my pictures. what can we do?

Aakash , if u want to marry her ,first u ask her willingness and be sure that she will always be stand , I mean if tomorrow there is any legal action against u , she will never give any statement against u. Then first of all get married in arya samaj mandir and obtain certificate from there and if either of u have address proof of Delhi , then get ur marriage register immediately. Q: Police asking to take out material to seal the house. Please advise.

Hi, My sister killed by in low in 2015 after 9 month marriage.now IO is asking us to takeout the furniture and other belonging from her in lows place. He is saying officially we cannot close that portion of house close for more.what should I do . Should I take out the material from the house. If yes then why and if not then why. If articles are not perishable in nature and it is possible that any evidence relating to cause of death will be vanished , don't remove. So plz ensure and ask the IO for reason of seizure , whether IO has court permission or not , to ensure the fairness of this action of IO becoz IO may be trying to shield the accused persons, this advice is subject to info u disclosed , more can be said after knowing the facts of case.
