My friend is in a relationship for 1 year. During the relationship, his boyfriend used to behave like a psycho but now he is blackmailing her that if she leaves him, then he will show pictures and videos to her family. She is afraid because her parents are very strict so she wants to get rid of her boyfriend without knowing her parents so could you please help me how she can?

try to make the guy understand...and if he is not understanding you can make a complaint to your nearby Crime against women cell ..so that they can take the cognizance about the same and should register the same with the police

A formal police complaint can be filed in the local police station with correct legal provisions mentioned in it to lodge an FIR against the culprit with a specific request to be made in the complaint to keep the identity of the complainant confidential. This way your friend can avoid her parents being involved into it and she can get the guy punished for what he has done and may be put him behind bars. when he gets the bail from court and tries to contact your in any manner, his bail will be cancelled and gets back in jail real quick. If he’s not listening to you then you can always serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment and permanently delete all your photos and videos or face legal action which will be at your own risk. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is really a need yo concern to be taken care . in this matter as you have mentioned tht you friend is willing to get the rid of her boy friend that is totaaly possible as she is not willing to disclose all these sinario to her parents tht can be done but for all this process we need to follow the legal procedure as per defined by the honble court itself for safty of your friend we need to move through court only .
