Can a habeous corpus be filed in other state high court for a person detained by his/her family in different state.nnIf yes, which state police will bring the corpus

the habeas corpus writ will be filed where the person has been illegally detained aur ine other words cause of action has arouse other facts here stand dismissed responding to your latter part,in the nearest police station where the person is originally detained that Police Station will have the jurisdiction

you can file it any state. state in which such writ has been filed the high court will issue an order directing the state police to present the corpus before the honble court. police will go to the other state and will bring corpus infront of the court

you can file in other in the high court of other is state where a person didn't her family in different state. you will have exclusivation with the detain person. the police of the directional Police station where the Corpus illegally detained will bring on the direction of the you jurisdictional Hon'ble High Court.
