Guy accused of groping the girl

1year ago a male friend and a female friend were smoking weed in his flat, the weed was bought by her, the guy slowly starts to make progress towards the women while they smoked, and was stopped by the female when guy started to touch her genetalia, the guy didn't talk her into it, didn't force, he stopped. After multiple conversations after the event inbetween them and interpreting the event from multiple views, the woman decides to accuse him of groping after a year, what should the girl and guy do? When will this claim be legitimate? When will it not?

on the above mentioned query, the first question is, how can she prove this , for accuses him in this accidental attraction in intoxicated position . there is a possibility that she will firstly act these things to the guy and when the intoxication decreases then she regrets .

it is not possible for the girl to complaint that this kind of incident was happend in the impression of drug because she will also become the accuse due to consumption of drug which offence under narcotics act. in my opinion if the girl is threating the male friend he should go to the policy and tell the fact that his female friend came for meeting but she pute drugs in his drink after consuming the drink he was not aware what kind of incident was happend but after one year she is trying to blackmail him. you can contact me for detailed discussion and through the administrator of this website.
