The circumstances in which the bail is granted depends upon a number of factors. But if you are not satisfied with the results of the efforts that you had put in to convict the accused who had done such a heinous crime then you can always approach the court and file for a cancellation of the bail application.

The bail application can be filed in the supreme court only when it has been rejected by the high court and the lower court. the circumstances can be seen only when the file presented in the high court and the lower court are ready and then only suggestion can be provided for

It will be very difficult to say exactly on which circumstances SC can grant bail in 304B. There is no straight jacket formula. It all depends upon case to case and Judge to Judge. For more discussion you can call me on my number

Dear Sir, any bail on the higher courts needs to be based on any new facts which was previously not disclosed or any facts which previous courts ignored. Supreme Court can give you bail if you prove with the evidence (facts and circumstance also) that the case did not made out in 304 B.
