Got Scammed in a Interview. And now I'm stuck with their agreement,

I got scammed in a interview, The HR took 6600 for maintaining and said it will be returned in a few days and said your training starts tomorrow, then job from next week, i agreed, when I payed Rs 6600, they gave me a job letter,but with an agreement which said if we leave the job we will deduct 40% of payment, HR showed me this agreement after payment which she should've showed me before Payment, and when I got home I got to know hat she leid, now I'm stuck because of that agreement, Help

The agreement is voidable in the eyes of law. Indian contract act 1972 under Section 19 such an agreement are voidable agreement and hence cannot be performed. You can simply refuse to perform your obligation and if in case they deduct your salary, you can approach a civil court in recovery of money or file complaint under Payment of wages act

You can file a case of cheating u/s 318 bns ( earlier 420 ipc) with the police of that area. You should also understand that such onesided contracts are not enforceable, so there is nothing to worry about. You can file the two cases in the present scenario i.e. at criminal side for cheating and for civil side for the recovery of the amount you had paid, on the ground of fraud. For further details complete transaction needs to be discussed.
