Got cheated by fake psychologist and want my money


21-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Mr xyz is a psychologist, working in his private clinic.For councelling session he has taken 8000/- rupees and given me his prescription .The registration number he has mentioned in his prescription is fake.the psychologist is not registered under RCI .RCI has clearly mentioned that registration is mandatory for any rehabilitation professionals., otherwise no one can practice as a rehabilitation professionals with any designation.If i file fir against him for cheating how much time and money it would take for justice?

dear client as per your query since you are saying that the psychologist is not professional and doesn't have registered degree so you can file case against him you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

This is a case of cheating, fraud & one might argue even a case of criminal misappropriation of money. Lodging an FIR would start the case right away and then you can contact your choice of advocate and charge the accused with the relevant sections under IPC.

depends on how quickly the police act. as for time and money depends on the advocate you hire to fight your case. kindly get in touch with SS LAW OFFICES. search in Google. you shall have to wait atleast 2 years depending upon evidence and conduct of the party
