Girl threatening to file complain since I am refusing to marry her

My family friends were trying to hook me with their daughter for marriage. we were in talking terms for the past one year but there was no relationship (emotional or physical). Now i am not interested in marrying her as we dont get along, the family is now threatening that they will file a criminal complaint against me, what precautions can i take.
This is a growing issue these days. However, in order to go ahead with the required amount of support to be provided, I would like to gather more info so a better solution could be provided. Hence, kindly look forward to my mail and respond appropriately.
