Q: Customer asking to cancel the order without prior notice

i had a coustumer who ordered me the computer hardware material few days ago, i gave a quotation orally and he agreed for the same amount . so i ordered the material and when i reached him to deliver the material, now he refuse to take the material and says i want to cancel the order as you are charging more.. i had took money from a friend on 5% charge for 15days. what can i do now

Without any advance it was not supposed to book the order. If you had & customer cancelled you may only request him to receive it else send him legal notice. Remaining i fear that legal costs will be more as compared to your product.

Depending on the situation and circumstances and consent raised/ given by the partner. For example if 1) In Gay relation if partner is major then consent is important & if minor under which age and in which circumstances, 2) If Lesbian then same theory as in 1 applicable, 3) If Unnatural- Anal sex then again age plays a major role. Q: Father mentally torturing me living in the same house what to do

Im an independent working 24 year old girl, have been mentally harassed by my father since years with coming to saturation point now with no support from my mom. Have been managing my general expenses and others by myself with no other demands from my father, apart from being dependent financially on basic living amenities since i am living in the same house. Need legal advice if there is a way out from this situation as i have no siblings to approach and i am the only child. Would not want to disclose this matter by discussing it on the phone.

As per latest court judgments (as you sough legal advise) If the property of parents is self purchased property you cannot claim for any secure residence. If property is not self acquired (eg. grand fathers etc) you may reside. You may approach the Court under Domestic Violence Act and ask for secure shelter order. Alternatively at the point of time you are just harassed call 100 police van & submit grievance. Another alternate approach your area's police station- women cell & seek their help. Best of Luck.

Q: Can evidence be lead on vague pleading

Wife made vague allegations that husband used to fight and insult her in public. No specific instances of alleged acts are given in petition.1)/Can wife mention specific instances of alleged acts directly in evidence?2)can wife lead evidence to prove particular instances even if his divorce petition is vague without citation of any particular instances.

Every petitioner has right to charge with any allegation it can't be stopped. However entire allegations needs to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt with sufficient and strong evidences. Thus if your wife has allegated she has to prove it in a specific manner otherwise it will lead to vagus allegation beneficial to you. In my opinion such vague allegation are very difficult to prove.

Q: Party wiling to drop charges now medical against me what to do

medical report does not indicate any findings against me, I am in custody, the other party is ready to Quash the FIR, can u guide me what steps I should take / Both are hindus

File criminal application in concerned high court under section 482 of Code of Criminal procedure. Remember firstly inform other consenting party. make concerned police station as first and your consenting party as second. Ask other party to engage advocate who should not oppose - i think your problem will be solved.
